What time is check-in and check-out?
Answer: Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Our housekeeper will welcome you and provide your smart-lock password. Check-out time is 12:00 PM unless arranged otherwise.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Answer: Yes, early or late check-out may be available depending on bookings. Please contact our team in advance to confirm.
How often is housekeeping provided?
Answer: Housekeeping is done every two days, including cleaning and fresh bedding.
Can I request specific essentials before arrival?
Answer: Yes! Send us your list before you arrive and we’ll have them ready in your apartment. You can also order our Essentials Check-In Pack which includes Eva water, toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing liquid, and washing powder.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Answer: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.
Are utilities included in the stay?
Answer: Yes, water, electricity, and basic amenities are included.
Are there nearby restaurants or stores?
Answer: Yes! Our housekeeper can also guide you to local supermarkets, ATMs, and attractions.
